1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and x777live ("x777live," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the x777live online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at x777live.club and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

2.5 Non-Transferability. Your x777live account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify x777live immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. x777live will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. x777live reserves the right to act on instructions received from your account without further verification, unless you have notified x777live of a security breach.

3.3 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. x777live reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, which will be communicated to you in advance.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). x777live is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC process initiated by x777live. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. x777live accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks. x777live does not accept deposits funded by credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your x777live account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. x777live aims to process approved withdrawals promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being processed at the time.

4.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. x777live reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on x777live are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by x777live are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions. These specific terms are communicated at the time each bonus or promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. x777live reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. x777live reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the x777live Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay matters.

6.2 Random Number Generation. All RNG-based games on x777live use a certified Random Number Generator that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. x777live does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, x777live reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. x777live shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the records maintained by x777live's gaming system shall be the definitive reference. Players may raise disputes through x777live's customer support channel within seven (7) days of the relevant game round.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x777live Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Creating or operating more than one account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity

8. Intellectual Property

This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability. x777live does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances beyond x777live's control may result in temporary unavailability.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x777live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.3 Maximum Liability. x777live's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your x777live account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Force Majeure. x777live shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

10. Privacy and Data

x777live collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy . By using the x777live Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. x777live implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 Commitment. x777live is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your x777live account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

12.2 Termination by x777live. x777live reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In such cases, x777live may withhold any balance pending investigation.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 13.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and x777live, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting x777live customer support. x777live will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

13.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14. Amendments

x777live reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, x777live will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
